I'm Justin, originally from Flagstaff, Arizona, graduated from Monahans High School in 2007. I briefly attended Odessa College while working full-time in the oil field for nine years. In 2016, I transitioned into the business world and now leads a company in San Antonio, Texas.
I truly appreciates the company’s culture and its performance-based structure, highlighting the importance of prioritizing people for growth. My aim is to retire by age 50 and have plans to financially support my mother and sister. A sports enthusiast, I enjoy basketball and football, particularly following the San Antonio Spurs and New England Patriots. In my free time, I love spending time with my dogs, Pax and Dawn, and my beautiful girlfriend, Ariel.

Hello, I am Dez Herron. I grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas, where I discovered my passion for sales and entrepreneurship. After relocating to Houston, Texas, I launched my own sales company, which has since grown and expanded into multiple regions. Known for my strategic thinking and leadership, I have successfully built a strong brand presence in key markets. Now based in Houston, I am focused on further scaling my company, aiming to explore new territories and industries. With my relentless drive and vision for growth, I AM determined to take this business to even greater heights.

Howdy! My name is Marco Garza and I am 23 years old; born and raised in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas — Mexico. I immigrated to the United States when I was 10 years old, and lived in Laredo, TX for 8 years. Once I was 18, I went to study Mathematics at Texas A&M University. I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics with a minor in secondary education. With that, I worked as a high school teacher for a year, but decided to do a career switch for financial reasons. I found this opportunity and decided to completely invest in it, because at the end of the day, the ability to grow in this business never ends. My ultimate goal is to continually climb the business, and become as successful as some of the other entrepreneurs, which will lead to the financial stability I am looking for.
